Roads for vermillion cliffs estates in Kanab Utah

Can someone send me some info on the roads. These were supposed to be installed this summer and I would like to know the progress. send a pic if you can

Hi, I am new to this so if anyone has any pointers feel free to email. I am creating this blog to keep the owners of the VCE informed as to what is going on. I am a few hours away from kanab and I dont get to see first hand what taking place. I do know that I was charged $4,000.00 (plus ) for a water fee, and I had no choice because the votes were somthing like this.

I was told out of te 200 or so owners that 170 were for the change to kane county, 30 didn't vote and only a few were against it. If any one has any info on this let me know or you should be able to log in and post it.
